Completion of Probation. Upon successful completion of a probationary period, the employee shall be appointed to permanent status, and the employee will be so informed in writing. When the employer does not terminate or fail the employee or extend probationary period before the end of her probationary period, she will be deemed to have become a permanent employee in that position and classification.
