Compensation for Relief Employee. The requesting employee's banked hours will be transferred to the relief employee's banked hours. Hours worked by the relief employee(s) pursuant to this Article will not be a basis for overtime pursuant to Section 2, Article C unless the requesting employee is called back pursuant to Section 2, Article C. The failure of any relief employee to work a shift(s) in accordance with this Article, without an approved illness, injury or emergency approved in writing by the relief employee's immediate supervisor, will result in the relief employee forfeiting twelve (12) hours of holiday pay or HCT for each missed shift.
