Cell Phone Allowance. The City shall provide the Employee with an eighty-five dollar ($85.00) monthly cell phone allowance to cover the costs of using a mobile phone, based on the number of minutes projected to be needed for city-related work.
Cell Phone Allowance. At the option of the employee and with appointing authority approval, employees may opt to receive a monthly cell phone allowance of seventy dollars ($70.00) for use of a private owned cell phone to conduct County business.
Cell Phone Allowance. During the Term of this Agreement, Employer shall provide Employee with a monthly cell phone allowance of $100.00, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings, paid through the normal payroll practices of Employer.
Cell Phone Allowance. Members are required to provide cell phone availability during core hours or while in work status. Members will receive a cell phone allowance of sixty dollars ($60.00) per month. This allowance shall be paid on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate employment between the semi- annual payments.
Cell Phone Allowance. All maintenance employees shall be provided with a twenty-five dollar ($25) per month cell phone allowance.
Cell Phone Allowance. The Company shall provide Executive with a monthly allowance for a cell phone in the amount of $125.00.
Cell Phone Allowance. At the employee’s request, the City may authorize a subsidy of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month for the use of a personal cell phone. If an employee opts to use a city-issued cell phone, the allowance will not apply.
Cell Phone Allowance. Executive shall be entitled to a cell phone allowance in the amount of One Hundred, Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) per month.
Cell Phone Allowance. A cell phone allowance of $20 per month is established for members of the bargaining unit that meet the following qualifications:
Cell Phone Allowance. Executive shall receive a cell phone allowance of $100 per month, which amount shall be subject to applicable withholdings. Executive acknowledges that Employer makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(d).
