Committees and Subcommittees. The provisions of this Article 5 shall also apply, with necessary changes in points of detail, to committees and subcommittees of the Board of Directors, if any, and to actions by such committees or subcommittees (except for the first sentence of Section 5.2, which shall not apply, and except that special meetings of a committee or subcommittee may also be called at any time by any two members of the committee or subcommittee), unless otherwise provided by this Agreement or by the resolution of the Board of Directors designating such committee or subcommittee. For such purpose, references to the Directors collectively shall be deemed to refer to each such committee or subcommittee, and references to “Directors” shall be deemed to refer to members of the committee or subcommittee.

Other sessions of the Committee shall be chaired by the Party hosting the meeting. The sessions may be held by any technological means available to the Parties. 4. When necessary, the Committees created hereby shall consult with such other Committees as needed to address the issues they handle.
