An agent of the Association who is not an Employee may request, and be granted, access to College premises on the same terms and pursuant to the same procedures as those on which access to College premises is granted to members of the general public.
The possession and/or use of any prohibited drug by any Student or member of staff is not permitted on College premises and could result in the instigation of the formal disciplinary procedure as detailed in these Regulations and legal action by the police.
The Union representatives shall have access to the College premises during business hours, PROVIDED that no conferences or meetings between employees and Union representatives will hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.
