CONSENTS REQUIRED. All approvals, authorisations, consents, orders or other actions of any person or of any governmental or regulatory body or official required in connection with the execution and delivery of each Relevant Document and/or the assignment of Receivables in the manner contemplated herein or therein, the performance of the transactions contemplated by each Relevant Document and the fulfilment of the terms thereof have been obtained.
