Employment Agreement. On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Company for the Employment Period set forth in Section 2 hereof and in the position and with the duties set forth in Section 3 hereof. Terms used herein with initial capitalization are defined in Section 10.12 below.
Employment Agreement. On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to continue to be employed by the Company for the Term set forth in Section 2 and in the positions and with the duties set forth in Section 3. Terms used herein with initial capitalization not otherwise defined are defined in Section 26.
Employment Agreement. The parties agree that the Employment Agreement shall be terminated as of the Termination Date. Notwithstanding the termination of the Employment Agreement, the parties hereto acknowledge that certain rights and obligations set forth in the Employment Agreement extend beyond the Termination Date. In the event that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with Section 6 of the Employment Agreement, the terms and provisions of the section(s) providing the greatest protection to the Company and its Related Entities shall control.
Employment Agreement. This Agreement shall not be construed as an agreement by the Company, the Manager or any affiliate of the Company or the Manager to employ the Recipient, nor is the Company, the Manager or any affiliate of the Company or the Manager obligated to continue employing the Recipient by reason of this Agreement or the grant of the Shares to the Recipient hereunder.
Employment Agreement. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, for the Employment Period.
Employment Agreement. Employment Agreement" means an executed employment agreement between the Corporation and the Executive.
Employment Agreement. After a Change of Control (defined below), this Agreement supersedes the Employment Agreement dated as of November 1, 2001 between Employee and the Company (the "Employment Agreement") except to the extent that certain provisions of the Employment Agreement are expressly incorporated by reference herein. After a Change of Control, the definitions in this Agreement supersede definitions in the Employment Agreement, but capitalized terms used herein that are not defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Employment Agreement.
Employment Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee accepts employment with the Company, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Employment Agreement. To the extent not amended hereby, the Employment Agreement shall continue with full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
