Common use of Chief Executive Officer Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Officer. (CEO) shall mean the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority and shall include such person or persons as may from time to time be authorized in writing by the Authority or by the Chief Executive Officer or Applicable Law to act for the Chief Executive Officer with respect to any or all matters.

Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) shall mean be the chief executive officer of the Company and shall have authority to operate the Business of the Company to the fullest extent subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation the Exhibits hereto. He or she shall perform the customary duties, responsibilities, functions and authority of the Chief Executive Officer Officer, including presiding at meetings of the Authority and Members. He or she shall include such person or persons as may from time to time report to the Members all matters within his or her knowledge that the interest of the Company may require to be authorized in writing by the Authority or by the Chief Executive Officer or Applicable Law brought to act for the Chief Executive Officer with respect to any or all mattersits notice.

Chief Executive Officer. (“Chief Executive Officer” or “CEO) ” shall mean the individual designated by the Authority to act as coordinator and manager of this Lease Agreement, and the Authority’s delegee on matters related thereto unless otherwise expressly stated herein. The Chief Executive Officer of the Authority and shall include such person or persons as may from time to time be authorized designate a representative to fulfill certain tasks stated in writing by this Lease Agreement as the Authority or by responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer or Applicable Law to act for the Chief Executive Officer with respect to any or all mattersOfficer.
