Certification by Contractor. If DCAMM so requests in writing, CONTRACTOR shall certify to DCAMM on a monthly basis, that payments owed by CONTRACTOR to Subcontractors and not under dispute have been paid in a timely fashion and that CONTRACTOR has satisfied its current payment obligations regarding the New Equipment/Systems.

Contractor hereby waives and releases, to the extent of the receipt of payment requested in this invoice, any right to any Lien with respect to payment for such portion of the Work included in this invoice.”
Certification by Contractor. Contractor certifies that all information and data provided by Contractor to the Company in order to obtain this Agreement or in response to the Company requests for information and data are accurate, complete and current as of the date of execution of this Agreement.
Certification by Contractor. Certification by Contractor. 5.6.4 The City may pay Contractor only for the invoices (or portions thereof) where the Requesting Agency has approved the applicable certified Contractor Timesheets. The Requesting Agency shall approve a certified Contractor Timesheet where the reported hours and work descriptions are reasonable based on inquiries (when necessary) with Contractor, the Consultant and other Requesting Agency employees, Task Order tracking, and any Contractor Timesheet reconciliations.
