New Personnel. If Contractor or a subcontractor adds new personnel after the Agreement has been executed, the Contractor shall submit the new personnel’s resume and proposed job classification/rate, consistent with classifications/rates within the respective budget, to CAM for review and approval. If the Agreement budget includes a job classification with the person identified as “To Be Determined”, and a person is later identified, this person is considered to be new personnel. The new personnel shall not provide services until the CAM approves the new personnel request in writing and notifies the Commission Agreement Officer (CAO). Any work performed by these new personnel prior to CAM approval is at Contractor’s expense. Labor Rates & Classifications The Agreement budget identifies individuals and/or job classifications and the maximum rates that the Contractor can invoice for them. The Contractor shall only invoice for the actual rates up to the maximum amount listed. Contractor can only increase rates or add new job classifications to the Agreement through a formal amendment to this Agreement.

New Personnel. A. Hourly Wage Step Placement Employees are assigned to a step on the salary schedule based on an evaluation when hiring new employees. This evaluation shall be based on past experience applicable to the vacancy applied for. Such evaluation will be determined by the Director of Human Resources. In no event will a newly hired employee be placed in a different job classification than was advertised on the job posting.

New personnel will be required to successfully complete the Service Providers' New Employee Training and Testing Course (NETTC) which will train and test skills and introduce policies and procedures utilized in the Service Provider's Medical Control System. The new personnel will take a written exam covering the protocols applicable to the personnel's certification within the time frame established by the medical control policies. Successful completion of this exam will result in full protocol privileges up to the personnel's state certification level
New Personnel. For Hospital personnel hired after the initial training described herein, the Hospital will provide the training specified above within thirty (30) days after the individual’s commencement of service for the Hospital. Such training must be comparable to training provided to specific departments as necessary. A screening of a video of the original training will suffice to meet this obligation. The Hospital shall maintain attendance sheets of all training conducted pursuant to this Agreement, which shall include the names and respective job titles of the attendees, as well as the date, time and location of the training session.
