If DCAMM so requests in writing, CONTRACTOR shall certify to DCAMM on a monthly basis, that payments owed by CONTRACTOR to Subcontractors and not under dispute have been paid in a timely fashion and that CONTRACTOR has satisfied its current payment obligations regarding the New Equipment/Systems.
