Cancellation by the participant. Participants may cancel their enrolment by giving at least six weeks’ notice in writing. Any fees paid, with the exception of a cancellation charge of 10% of the course fee will be returned to the participant. Cancellation at less than six weeks’ notice is subject to the following fees:- Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks prior to commencement – 50% of the course fee Less than 4 weeks prior to commencement – 100% of the course fee After the commencement of the course – 100% of the course fee
Cancellation by the participant cancellations will be considered for refund only if supported by a valid document proving the Participant’s inability to attend. Cancellation is subject to the following fees: Between notification of acceptance and 8 weeks prior to commencement – 50% of the programme fee Less than 8 weeks prior to commencement – 100% of the programme fee After the commencement of the programme – 100% of the programme fee
Cancellation by the participant. Cancellation is exclusively a written procedure, where the date at which the cancellation is received will count as the cancellation date. The following payments should be cashed nonetheless: ▪ When the cancellation is before the 12th of February: none ▪ When the cancellation is between the 12th of February and 2nd of April: costs of the selection weekend. ▪ When the cancellation is after the 2nd of April: the total price of the course. Exceptions will be made for the costs of accommodation when payments from the NSAC have not yet been done. In this case the accommodation expenses can be returned.
Cancellation by the participant. 7.1.1 All requests for cancellations must be sent in writing by email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to: xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Cancellation requests must specify the Participant’s name and the dates of the Tour. If the Participant does not receive a response within 10 days, the Participant should send another email or call Ungava Polar Eco- Tours to confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation by the participant. 8.1 The Participant may cancel his/her booking by notifying the Corporation. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the Corporation and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled Event, product or service (excluding any insurance products).

Cancellation by the participant. The DAI One World Language School must receive written cancellation at least 7 days before the course starts. An e-mail by this deadline is sufficient. Failure to attend the course is not considered a withdrawal from the contract. If written cancellation is received by the 7 day deadline, course fees that have already been paid will be refunded in full. A cancellation will not be valid if you miss the aforementioned deadline. In that case – regardless of the reason - the course fees must be paid even if you do not attend class.
Cancellation by the participant. Kristalee’s counselling for you is required to receive notice of support cancellation 24 hours prior to provision of support. If Kristalee’s counselling for you does not receive such notice, payment will be claimed as per the participant’s agreed support Plan through the NDIS Provider Portal. Kristalee’s counselling for you will make claim for no more than 8 individual instances of cancellation or no shows in a continuous 12-month period. Where cancellation is received within the specified timeframe no claim for payment will be made to NDIA. Where a Participant will not be available to receive support for a period of time in excess of 5 days (e.g. supported holiday, family holiday) Kristalee’s counselling for you requests that a minimum of two (2) week’s notification is provided. Failure to notify Kristalee’s counselling for you of an extended absence may result in Kristalee’s counselling for you making claims for payment of scheduled support to meet industrial relations obligations to its staff. Kristalee’s counselling for you acknowledges that at times the health, personal and physical wellbeing of Participants may be compromised and extended periods away from support will occur at short notice. In these instances, Kristalee’s counselling for you will consult with Participants, their families/ Carers or others responsible to ensure a suitable outcome is reached.
Cancellation by the participant. If a participant makes a short-notice cancellation, which is after 3 pm the day before the service. The provider may charge up to 90% of the agreed price for their time and travel. A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant does not show up for scheduled support within a reasonable time or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support.
