AGREED PRICE. 2.1 The Price of Marine Fuel shall be the price quoted by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer as confirmed in the Contract for the relevant type of Marine Fuel delivered or to be delivered. The Buyer shall also pay the Seller for all and any taxes, levies, duties, expenses, delivery charges, barging fees, road trucks, jetty fees and other costs (including without limitation, those imposed by governments and authorities) arising out of or incurred by the delivery of such Marine Fuel under the contract which shall be included in the Seller’s invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer shall furthermore pay any extra costs connected with deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and outside of normal working hours at the place of delivery/work. Payments according to the present provision shall be made pursuant to the ruler stipulate under point 3.
AGREED PRICE. 6.1 By “agreed price” is meant that fee which is to be paid regardless of the time spent by the Supplier in the performance of the Assignment. Prices that in accordance with the Assignment Confirmation are dependent upon a pre-determined, but at the date of the execution of the Assignment Confirmation, indeterminate factors, such as the salary of the recruited candidate, are to be deemed included in the agreed price. In the event the parties enter into an agreement as to a modification of the Assignment, the price is to be changed.
AGREED PRICE. Unless the parties have agreed on a lump sum for the repair- work, the repair work shall be carried out on a time basis. In that case Sanovo’s invoice shall specify the following items separately where applicable: labour costs; time and costs for travel, board and lodging; transport costs; costs of spare parts; costs of other material which has been used; waiting time, overtime and additional costs caused by the Customer Other costs, if any. The charges for each item shall be in accordance with the norms and price lists currently applied by Sanovo. When repair work is to be carried out on a lump sum basis, and the repair work is delayed due to a cause not being Sanovo’s negligence, the Buyer shall compensate Sanovo for any extra loss as a consequence of the delay.
AGREED PRICE. Under payment for the services outlined in clause FIRST of this agreement, "TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY" agrees to pay "FF UK" the amount outlined in the CORRESPONDING EXHIBIT. Payments to be made by "TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY" to "FF UK" shall be performed by deposit on account number in the banking institution known as Komercm banka, a.s., For the legal purposes that may arise, the parties agree as place of payment for the aforementioned amounts, "TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY'S" domicile. In addition, "FF UK" undertakes to provide "TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY" with the corresponding invoices regarding the aforementioned payments, with all tax requirements, 30 (thirty) days prior to the deadline for payment included in the CORRESPONDING EXHIBIT, in order for the latter to perform the relevant procedures to pay such invoices timely. In the event of delay in the provision of the invoices on behalf of "FF UK", payment obligation of "TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY" shall be extended for a period equivalent to such delay.
AGREED PRICE. The price shall be determined after arm’s length negotiation between the parties to the contract. The final price shall be determined after arms’ length negotiations and on normal commercial terms that are fair and reasonable and in the interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole. Payment terms: The Group and Shudao Urban & Rural Group shall enter into each of the individual service agreements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Property Management Services Framework Agreement on terms mutually agreed between the parties thereto, and the detailed payment terms shall be agreed on in accordance with the principle of fairness and reasonableness.
AGREED PRICE. Accept the agreed price of and conditions outlined and hereby engage The Apartment Brief to prepare the property for the sale campaign.
