Programme Fee definition

Programme Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the School in relation to the Participant’s participation on the Programme;
Programme Fee shall have the meaning provided in Article 2.2.
Programme Fee has the meaning given in clause 3.1.

Examples of Programme Fee in a sentence

  • In the event of cancellation made more than 14 days after the commencement of the Agreement the College shall be entitled to retain the 25% Deposit and: (a) if notice of cancellation is received between 56 and 28 days prior to the Start Date the College shall be entitled to retain 50% of the Full Programme Fee, inclusive of the 25% Deposit.

  • The College will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by the Student which is claimed to have arisen through cancellation of the Programme, other than the Programme Fee.

  • If you do, any Programme Fee charged to your Card Account will not be refunded.

  • The first Programme Fee will be charged to your Card Account on the day after you first enrolled in the Programme.

  • The Programme Fee will be payable yearly and will be charged to your Card Account as a purchase transaction.

  • For Green cardmembers: if you hold a Green charge card (which is not a Corporate or Small business card) and you are not currently enrolled in the Programme, you can do so at any time by calling us provided you pay a yearly Programme Fee.

  • The College shall seek to agree with the Student an alternative Programme online or at a later date, but if that cannot be agreed then the Student’s enrolment will be deemed cancelled and the Programme Fee will be refunded in full.

  • Enrolment and Fees Enrolment You are automatically enrolled in the Programme when you sign your Card Account Agreement unless you are: • a Green cardmember who is not a business customer but pays a yearly Programme Fee; or • a Corporate cardmember whose employer has decided not to participate in the Programme.

  • You can exit the Programme at any time: • by telling us to close your Card Account; or • if you are a Green cardmember who is not a business customer but pays a yearly Programme Fee or you are a Corporate cardmember whose employer has decided to participate in the Programme, by telling us to end your participation in the Programme.

  • If you are a Green cardmember who is not a business customer but you pay a yearly Programme Fee, then you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when you enrol in the Programme.


More Definitions of Programme Fee

Programme Fee means a fee which shall accrue during each Settlement Period, at a rate of 0.57 % per annum calculated on each Cut-Off Date on the Purchaser's Total Investment as at the relevant date.
Programme Fee means the fee for the Programme to be paid by the Organisation or Participant to the University for the execution of the Programme in accordance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions;

The Programme Specification may be amended from time to time by or with the approval of the University and any such amended version will replace the earlier version “Recruitment” means identifying potential students to the University, and does not include admissions to and registration on the Programme, which is at the sole discretion of the University “Regulations” means the University’s regulations and procedures from time to time in force including but not limited to the Charter Statutes and Ordinances and the Regulations for Students “Teach Out Period” means the period of time required, following termination of this Agreement, for Students registered on a Programme during the term of this Agreement, to undertake the Programme he/she has been admitted to by the University "Support Services” means those services provided by the Employer to support the provision of instruction and information to Students on a Programme as set out in Schedule 2
Programme Fee means the fee payable calculated in accordance with Guild Sound and Vision Limited’s scale of programme fees as set out in Appendix A for the use of a designated programme in accordance with the terms of the licence for a period of up to twelve months from the date of its recording unless or until the licence is terminated pursuant to Clause 2 or 6 of Appendix B; and
Programme Fee means the Programme Fee payable in relation to the Programme as specified in Part 4;
