Call Time Compensation. An eligible employee who is called from home after having completed their work day shall, at the employee's option, unless such option is prohibited by law, receive as a minimum three (3) hours pay for the work performed. An eligible employee who is called in early shall be compensated (in cash) at the rate of time and one-half (1/2) for all work performed prior to the start of the employee's regularly scheduled work shift.
