Bulletin Boards and Mail. ‌ The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on an appropriate bulletin board on each school campus.

Bulletin Boards and Mail. 1. The IPOA shall have the use of bulletin boards and e-mail wherever Police Department work sites exist, including a locked, glass-covered board, for the following purposes only:

Bulletin Boards and Mail. Boxes CSEA shall have the right to use without charge the bulletin board space provided for communication with bargaining unit employees at work sites. Prior to any change in the location of a bulletin board or the installation of a new bulletin board, the district will meet with CSEA. CSEA is authorized to place CSEA communications in college mailboxes for distribution to bargaining unit employees. Any material to be posted must be dated and must identify the Association as the source of the material. A copy of any material for general distribution to CSEA bargaining unit employees will be provided to the director of human resources.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
