Building Standard Signage Sample Clauses

Building Standard Signage. Landlord, at Landlord’s cost, shall provide “Building Standard” signage at the main lobby directory, 23rd floor elevator lobby, and at the entrance to the Premises identifying Tenant; any replacements of or changes to such signage shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall not place or permit to be placed any lights, decorations, banners, signs, window or door lettering, advertising media, or any other item that can be viewed from the exterior of the Premises without obtaining Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion. Subject to the foregoing, Tenant shall have the right to install custom signage in the Premises; any such signage shall be a Required Removable. By no later than the Termination Date (or earlier the date of any earlier termination of this Lease), Tenant shall repair any damage to the Premises or the Building caused by any installation, maintenance or removal of signage, all at Tenant’s expense. If any such items are installed without Landlord’s consent, or are not timely removed, or repairs are not timely made, Landlord shall have the right (but not the obligation) to remove any or all of such items and/or repair any such damage or injury, all at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Building Standard Signage. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, shall initially provide Tenant with Building-standard signage in the Building’s ground floor lobby, in the elevator lobby on the seventh (7th) floor of the Xxxxxxx Tower and at the entrance to Suite 700A. Any subsequent changes to, or revisions or replacements of such signage, shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Building Standard Signage. Landlord shall provide and maintain (A) in the main lobby of the Building, an alphabetical directory board or other directory device listing all tenants in the Building, including Tenant, and (B) in the elevator lobby of the floor on which the Premises are located, an alphabetical directory board or other directory device listing all tenants on the floor, including Tenant. Landlord shall install Building standard signage containing the name of Tenant at the entrance to the Premises at Landlord’s expense (provided that any modifications thereto during the Term shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written consent and at Tenant’s expenses), or in lieu thereof, Tenant, at Tenant’s election, shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to install signage at the entrance to the Premises, subject to Landlord’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Landlord shall install Building standard signage containing the name of Tenant on the Building’s existing tenant identification monument sign at Tenant’s expense (“Tenant’s Monument Signage”). In the event that the originally-named Tenant shall no longer occupy the entirety of the Premises, then Landlord shall have the right to remove Tenant’s Monument Signage at Tenant’s expense.

Building Standard Signage. Landlord shall provide space on the Building directory on the ground floor lobby of the Building for a listing identifying Tenant's name and suite number. Landlord shall also install near the entry door to the Leased Premises signage identifying Tenant's name. All such permitted signage shall use Building standard materials and lettering. Landlord shall pay for the cost of the initial installation of such permitted signage, and Tenant shall pay for the cost of any changes thereto.

However, Tenant shall have the right, subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval, to provide its own signage for (i) any elevator lobbies on which Tenant occupies the full floor and (ii) the Premises entrance, which shall be produced, maintained, installed and removed at Tenant’s expense. Any subsequent changes to, or revisions or replacements of such signage, shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
