Permitted Signage definition

Permitted Signage means signage approved by the Landlord under clause 8.1.
Permitted Signage has the meaning set forth in Exhibit “D” to this Lease.
Permitted Signage has the meaning given in clause 8.2.

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, if at any time the entirety of the Premises is not occupied by Original Tenant and/or a Permitted Signage Transferee, then Tenant’s (and any Permitted Signage Transferee’s) rights under Section 27.1 shall terminate and Tenant shall remove the Signage in accordance with Section 27.1.

  • With respect to the Permitted Signage in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, Tenant’s rights shall be exclusive if Tenant (or a Permitted Transferee) is occupying fifty percent (50%) or more of the Building on which the signage is located; provided, however that Permitted Occupants shall be considered occupancy by Tenant for the purposes of the foregoing occupancy requirement.


More Definitions of Permitted Signage

Permitted Signage is signage that meets the following requirements:
Permitted Signage means interior and exterior signage for the Demised Premises as more particularly described in Exhibit "B".

Related to Permitted Signage

  • Railroad sign or signal means any sign, signal, or device erected by authority of a public body or official or by a railroad and intended to give notice of the presence of railroad tracks or the approach of a railroad train.

  • Billboard Sign means an outdoor sign that advertises goods, products, or services that are not sold or offered on the property where the sign is located, and is either single faced or double faced;

  • Ground sign means a sign directly supported by the ground without the aid of any other building or structure, which sign includes the names of owner(s) and/or tenant(s) and address and/or advertises goods, products, services or events that are sold, offered, or provided on the premises on which the sign is located and does not include any other sign defined in this By-law;

  • Animated sign means any kinetic or illusionary motion of all or any part of a sign and includes the rotation of a sign but does not include a changing copy sign;

  • Authorized Signatory means such senior personnel of a Person as may be duly authorized and designated in writing by such Person to execute documents, agreements and instruments on behalf of such Person.

  • Illuminated sign means a sign with an artificial light source incorporated internally or externally for the purpose of illuminating the sign.

  • Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.

  • Abandoned sign means a sign located on property which becomes vacant and unoccupied for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or any sign which pertains to a time, event or purpose which no longer applies;

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Addition (to an existing building means an extension or increase in the floor area or height of a building or structure.

  • Unauthorized signature means a signature made without actual, implied, or apparent authority. The term includes a forgery.

  • Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Real estate sign means a temporary non-illuminated sign installed, erected or displayed on a property for the notification that a building, premises or portion thereof is offered for sale, rent or lease;

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • Holding Tank Waste means any waste from holding tanks such as vessels, chemical toilets, campers, trailers, septic tanks, and vacuum-pump tank trucks.

  • Authorized Site means a single geographic location in which Licensee conducts business, with a radius of no more than five (5) miles, which location is identified above.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).
