Monument Signage definition

Monument Signage means one (1) non-exclusive listing with Tenant’s name and logo on the exterior monument sign to be installed by Landlord at the entrance to the Complex (the “Monument”) subject to Landlord’s obtaining all necessary permits and approvals (including any special permits) required to install such Monument, in the approximate area shown on Exhibit I‑2.
Monument Signage is defined in Section 29.4.
Monument Signage. The dimensions of the letters and of the Monument Signage shall otherwise be subject to Lessor's reasonable approval, and any applicable governmental requirements. Lessee shall be responsible, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, to repair and maintain the Monument Signage in good condition during the Lease Term. Lessee shall also be solely responsible for any electrical costs associated with the Monument Signage if applicable. In addition, Lessee shall be responsible for the cost and expense of the removal of the Monument Signage as of the termination or earlier expiration of the Lease Term, and for the cost of repair of any damages to the Building resulting from such removal.

Examples of Monument Signage in a sentence

  • To obtain Landlord’s consent, Tenant shall submit design drawings to Landlord showing the type and sizes of all lettering; the colors, finishes and types of materials used in Tenant’s Monument Signage; and (if applicable and Landlord consents thereto) any arrangements for illumination.

  • Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, promptly upon demand, for (x) all costs incurred by Landlord in fabricating, installing or removing Tenant’s Monument Signage, and (y) Tenant’s pro rata share (as determined taking into account any other parties using the Monument Sign) of all costs incurred by Landlord in maintaining, repairing and (if applicable) illuminating the Monument Sign.

  • Without limitation, Landlord may withhold consent to any Tenant’s Monument Signage that, in Landlord’s sole judgment, is not harmonious with the design standards of the Building and Monument Sign, and Landlord may require that Tenant’s Monument Signage be of the same size and style as the other signage on the Monument Sign.

  • Any proposed Tenant’s Monument Signage shall comply with all applicable Laws and shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written consent.

  • Landlord may elect, but shall not be obligated, to require removal and restoration by Tenant of its Monument Signage upon the expiration of the Lease.

  • The obvious questions were why and how did these errors arise, what impact do they have upon performance and progress and what can be done about them.

  • The right to the Tenant’s Monument Signage granted pursuant to this Section 12.2 is personal to Tenant, and may not be exercised by any occupant, subtenant, or other assignee of Tenant, other than an Affiliated Entity or Successor (the parties hereby agreeing that Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of any change in Tenant’s Monument Signage).

  • The right to Monument Signage under this Section is personal to Codexis and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to, any person or entity.

  • Sublandlord’s approval of Subtenant’s Monument Signage shall not constitute a representation by Sublandlord that Subtenant’s Monument Signage complies with any applicable Sign Laws.

  • Landlord shall (a) fabricate (substantially in accordance with Tenant’s design approved by Landlord), install and, at the expiration or earlier termination of Tenant’s rights under this Section 4, remove Tenant’s Monument Signage; and (b) maintain, repair, and (if applicable) illuminate the Monument Sign.


More Definitions of Monument Signage

Monument Signage. MDC shall install, or cause to be installed, a sign containing Lessee’s name and/or logo on the monument sign serving the Leased Premises. The design, size, specifications, graphics, materials, manner of affixing, exact location, colors, and lighting (if applicable) of Lessee’s sign shall be in a form substantially similar to the architectural drawings contained in the Project Manual for the Midland Development Corporation Landscape Improvements to the Spaceport Business Park Project and the associated Midland Development Corporation Landscape Improvements Construction Plans. Said Project Manual and Construction Plans are incorporated herein by reference and shall be kept on file in the offices of MDC. The parties agree that all right, title, and interest in Lessee’s sign and the monument sign shall remain with MDC.
Monument Signage means one (1) exterior monument sign located at the main entrance to the Site.
Monument Signage means the exterior monument sign to be installed, at Tenant’s expense, by Landlord at the main entrance to the Building (the “Monument”), in the approximate area shown on Exhibit K-2. So long as Tenant leases the entire Building, there shall be no other tenants listed on the Monument.

  • Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Parapet means a low wall or railing built along the edge of a roof or a floor;

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.
