Lobby Directory. If a directory exists in the main lobby of the Building, Landlord will include Tenant's name in the directory of the lobby in the Building, and Tenant will pay for the initial cost to include Tenant's name in such directory. Any changes to Tenant's name or its listing in such directory shall be at Tenant's expense.

Lobby Directory. Landlord agrees to furnish a Lobby Directory Board Strip identifying Tenant on the Lobby Directory Board. The cost of any changes or additions thereafter will be charged to Tenant.

Lobby Directory. Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall install Tenant's name in the Building directory located in the lobby. Any changes to Tenant's lobby directory signage shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval and shall be performed at Tenant's sole cost and expense. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, upon the expiration of the Lease Term, or upon any earlier termination of this Lease, the removal of Tenant's name initially provided for in the Building directory, shall be at Landlord's sole cost and expense.
Lobby Directory. Landlord agrees that Tenant shall be entitled to up to three (3) listings (i.e. names) at no charge on the lobby directory. Future additions (if space is available) or substitutions shall be paid for by Tenant at Landlord's then rates.
