Floor Space. The floor space charge includes reasonable charges for lighting, heat, air conditioning, ventilation and other allocated expenses associated with maintenance of the Central Office but does not include amperage necessary to power Maxcess’ equipment. When the Collocation Space is enclosed , Maxcess shall pay floor space charges based upon the number of square feet so enclosed. When the Collocation Space is not enclosed, Maxcess shall pay floor space charges based upon the following floor space calculation: [(depth of the equipment lineup in which the rack is placed) + (0.5 x maintenance aisle depth) + (0.5 x wiring aisle depth)] X (width of rack and spacers). When the Collocation Space is not enclosed, TRICOMM shall pay floor space charges based upon the number of square feet contained in a shadow print of TRICOMM's equipment racks and POT bay, plus a factor of 2.50 multiplied by the shadow print, which represents TRICOMM's share of wiring and provisioning aisle space for provisioning and maintenance activities.
