Initial Installation. Customer agrees to purchase equipment from JTS. JTS warrants that technical, consulting, or installation service(s) furnished pursuant to this proposal shall be performed by trained and qualified personnel and shall, where applicable, meet the Customers specifications and/or the manufacturers or industries standards of workmanship and quality. This warranty shall be in effect for a period of one year from initial installation. Any service found, during the warranty period, to be nonconforming to the above stated warranty shall at JTS expense be re-performed to meet the warranty requirements. Any technical service or consultation performed beyond the scope of the initial proposal will be provided at prevailing time and material rates.
Initial Installation. As soon as practicable after the Effective -------------------- Date, Provider shall install the Infrastructure, as hereafter defined, in each Complex. The exact configuration of the Infrastructure for each complex shall be determined by Provider based upon the factors unique to each Complex, including but not limited to, the construction style, size, existing data and telecommunications systems and Complex amenities. Provider shall provide Owner with a description of the system to be installed. It is anticipated that this process will take thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days.
Initial Installation. You accept and agree that once You connect a Product to Your network, device and/or Infinity Portal account, such Product may automatically download and upload certain data, traffic and updates, to be used for the installation, operation and configuration of the Product.

Within a reasonable time after VERISITY has received from Licensee an executed copy of this Agreement, VERISITY will deliver to Licensee the Licensed Program and the Documentation. Licensee will install the Licensed Program on the designated computer in accordance with the standard installation procedures set forth in the Documentation.

If ECS is contracted for installation, physical installation, removal of packing material and initial setup of Equipment will be performed by ECS at the location designated by Buyer. ECS will only provide electrical whip termination, water connection to ice makers from a Buyer supplied shut-off, and a drain line to an air-break. The Buyer is responsible to ensure designated location meets manufacturer’s requirements and the provisions of Section 2g. Buyer will bear all cost and expense for any additional necessities required for installation location to meet manufacturer’s requirements, such as plumbing and electrical. ▇▇▇▇▇ also acknowledges the absence of such may materially delay any installation.
Initial Installation. For Licensee’s initial installation of the DAS, the Head End Equipment, or Licensee’s Equipment and thereafter for any significant modifications thereto (including any work that is reasonably likely to cause substantial noise or other material interference to the occupants of the Property) (any is “Material Work”), Licensee may access the Premises at times during normal business hours (i.e., 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday). Licensee shall coordinate the timing of such access with Licensor, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to the occupants or other tenants of the Building and shall provide Licensor with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice (which for the sole purpose of this sub-paragraph may be via telephone to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Community Facilities (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or such other phone number or email address as Licensor may designate from time to time (the “Access Notice Contact”)) of such access. At Licensor’s option, Licensor may require a representative escort Licensee during such access to the Premises, provided that such escort is on site and available at the designated time(s) of access;
