BOARD AND ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS. The Northern Michigan Education Association recognizes that the Board on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the District, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, without limitation, all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the Constitution and by the statutes of the State of Michigan, particularly the Michigan School Code, and by the Constitution of the United States, including, but without limiting the generality of the right to establish policy for the executive management and administrative control of the school system, its properties, its facilities and its personnel, as well as the methods and means necessary to the proper execution of the foregoing obligations, provided that such rights shall be exercised in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be considered to deny or restrict the Board of its rights, responsibilities and authority under the Michigan General School laws or any other national, state, county, district or local laws or regulations as they pertain to education.

Nothing contained herein shall be considered to deny or restrict the board of its rights, responsibilities and authority under the Michigan Revised School Code and The Public Employment Relations Act or any other national, state, county, district or local laws or regulations as they pertain to education.

  • Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.

  • Judicial and Administrative Proceedings In the event that Business Associate receives a subpoena, court or administrative order, or other discovery request or mandate for release of PHI, Business Associate agrees to collaborate with Covered Entity with respect to Business Associate’s response to such request.   • Paid Administrative Leave After notifying the Association, an Appointing Authority may place a supervisor on administrative leave for a period not to exceed two (2) weeks.   • TITLE AND ADMINISTRATION All site work performed in furtherance of this purchase order will be on real property owned by the U.S. Government. Title and all property rights and interests resulting from this purchase order shall pass directly from Supplier to the Government, upon acceptance, regardless of when or where the Government takes physical possession. Payments under this purchase order will be made by Buyer from funds advanced by the Government, not from Buyer’s own assets.
