MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT. Any materials developed by a faculty on his/her own time and using his/her own equipment and/or resources (e.g., not college owned property) are the property of the faculty for educational use, copyright, or publishing purposes. The College will be reimbursed by the faculty for any materials and for facility and staff usage associated with any commercial materials development, with the amount to be determined by the institution and the faculty.
MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT. Vendors will be required to provide a full range of writing and editorial services, including but not limited to writing, proofreading, revising, copy editing, technical editing, and senior level editing in support of the development and production of high-quality publications and materials required by the Government. Vendors will be required to design and execute all aspects of electronic, digital and/or Web-based media, including but not limited to digitalized media files, blogs, audiovisual files, infographics, slides, presentations, graphics, and social media products and materials. Vendors will be required to plan, design, develop, execute, duplicate, and furnish—to Government specifications and standards—high-quality, culturally competent health, medical, and scientific information, including but not limited to fact sheets, brochures, information sheets, posters, flyers, exhibits, newsletters, campaign materials, responses to inquiries, and Web content. The quality of work and available resources shall exceed what is routinely furnished with standard workstations (e.g., Word clip art, Windows desktop publishing). With few exceptions The Government shall require vendors to provide a draft concept for approval for each new or revised product and to comply with Federal clearance procedures and guidelines as directed by program office staff. Products and deliverables must be scientifically, technically, and statistically accurate. Materials developed for this purpose will become the property of the Government no later than at the conclusion of the task order.
MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT. County staff will develop press releases, notices and fact sheets needed to alert the public to the locations of the document, public workshops, and comment opportunities. All information, including fact sheets will also be available on the County website to ensure that they are accessible to most and provide the opportunity for the public to request additional accommodation be available at the public workshops. The County will also develop an electronic methodology for receiving comments via webform or similar platform to allow for input in a variety of formats.
MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT. In order to facilitate companies wishing to set up their own programs, a ‘training toolkit’ of training materials, activities and IEC material has been produced, drawing on some of the materials developed by ASA last year as well as a number of some relevant international workplace modules. Companies will be able to use the kit independently or in cooperation with one of the trained IAs.
