Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in the benefit and perquisite plans, programs, policies and practices (including with respect to vacation, retirement, savings and welfare benefits, director and officer liability insurance, perquisites and other fringe benefits) made available to other senior executives of the Company, as in effect from time to time. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and necessary business expenses in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company, including the presentation of appropriate statements of such expenses.

Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse BIBD and its members and employees who perform services for or on behalf of the Company hereunder for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by them, including out-of-pocket costs incurred prior to the date hereof. The Company shall provide or reimburse the members of BIBD for medical, dental, disability and other similar insurance benefits for up to six members or employees of the members of BIBD who are providing services for the Company hereunder on the same basis as provided to Company officers.
Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. The last sentence of Section 3.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: The Company shall provide health, medical, dental, disability and other similar insurance benefits for four members or employees of BI who are providing services for the Company hereunder on the same basis as provided to Company officers and shall provide such benefits to such additional members or employees of BI who provide services for the Company hereunder as may be approved by Company management, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

Benefits and Expense Reimbursement. 6.1 District agrees to pay directly to Employee’s existing or future health, dental and vision providers the insurance premiums associated with Employee, and Employee’s qualified dependents under Internal Revenue Code § 152. The cost of any increase in insurance premiums in 2020-21 or 2021-22 as compared with 2019-20 shall be borne by Employee. The Employee’s responsibility for the cost of any increase in insurance premiums shall not necessarily continue as part of any future employment contract between District and Employee.   • Compensation and Expense Reimbursement A. Client will pay the Company, as compensation for the services provided for in this Agreement and as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Company on Client's behalf, in the manner set forth in Schedule A annexed to this Agreement which Schedule is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Reimbursement of Fee Waivers and Expense Reimbursements If on any day during which the Advisory Agreement is in effect, the estimated annualized Fund Operating Expenses of the Fund for that day are less than the Operating Expense Limit, the Adviser shall be entitled to reimbursement by a Fund of the investment advisory fees waived or reduced, and any other expense reimbursements or similar payments remitted by the Adviser to the Fund pursuant to Section 1 hereof (the “Reimbursement Amount”) within three years after the year in which the Adviser waived or reduced investment advisory fees or reimbursed expenses, to the extent that the Fund’s annualized Operating Expenses plus the amount so reimbursed equals, for such day, the Operating Expense Limit, provided that such amount paid to the Adviser will in no event exceed the total Reimbursement Amount and will not include any amounts previously reimbursed.

  • Compensation Benefits and Reimbursement (a) The compensation specified under this Agreement shall constitute the salary and benefits paid for the duties described in Section 2(b). The Association shall pay Executive as compensation a salary of not less than $_____________ per year ("Base Salary"). Such Base Salary shall be payable biweekly, or with such other frequency as officers and employees are generally paid. During the period of this Agreement, Executive's Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually. Such review may be conducted by a Committee designated by the Board, and the Board may increase, but not decrease (except a decrease that is generally applicable to all employees), Executive's Base Salary (any increase in Base Salary shall become the "Base Salary" for purposes of this Agreement). In addition to the Base Salary provided in this Section 3(a), the Association shall provide Executive at no cost to Executive with all such other benefits as are provided uniformly to permanent full-time employees of the Association. Base Salary shall include any amounts of compensation deferred by Executive under qualified and nonqualified plans maintained by the Association.
