Date for Performance. If the time period by which any right, option or election provided under this Agreement must be exercised, or by which any act required hereunder must be performed, or by which the Closing must be held, expires on a Saturday, Sunday or legal or bank holiday, then such time period shall be automatically extended through the close of business on the next regularly scheduled Business Day.
Date for Performance. If the date for performance of any act under this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, the date for such performance shall automatically be extended to the first succeeding business which is not a federal holiday.

Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the expiration of any period of time prescribed in this Agreement will occur at 11:59 p.m., EST-Greenville time, of the last day of the period. Should any period of time specified herein end on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday (recognized in Greenville, South Carolina), the period of time will automatically be extended to 11:59 p.m., EST-Greenville time, of the next full Business Day. Unless otherwise specifically designated as a “Business Day,” all references to a “day” or “days” herein shall refer to calendar day(s).
