Specified Date definition

Specified Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(c).

Specified Date means any Redemption Date, any Payment Date for an Offer to Purchase or any date on which the Notes first become due and payable after an Event of Default.

Specified Date means, in respect of a Redeemable Preference Share, the date (if any) specified in the Issue Resolution before which that Redeemable Preference Share may not be redeemed by the Holder.

More Definitions of Specified Date

Specified Date means such date as the Central Government may, for the purpose of any provision of this Act, by notification, specify; and different dates may be specified for different provisions of this Act;
