Daily Fee in relation to a Contractor means such amount as calculated by “Monthly Fee / 22 days”;

More Definitions of Daily Fee

Daily Fee means a fee of $ 45,000 per Day for the period commencing October 1, 2000 and continuing through December 31, 2000, and a fee of $ 21,600 per Day for the period commencing January 1, 2001 and continuing through December 31, 2001. Provided, however if Customer exercises the 2001 Option, then the Daily Fee for the period commencing January 1, 2001 and continuing through December 31, 2001 shall be $45,000 per Day.

Fees The amount payable to the Supplier for the time spent in delivery of the Services, excluding any Expenses and Daily Allowances. GST The goods and services tax payable in accordance with the <New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985>. Hourly Fee Rate If the Supplier's fee rate is expressed as an Hourly Fee Rate this is the Fee payable for each hour spent delivering the Services. Intellectual Property Rights All Intellectual Property Rights and interests, including copyright, trademarks, designs, patents and other proprietary rights, recognised or protected by law. Milestone A phase or stage in the delivery of Services resulting in a measurable output. Payment of Fees is usually due on the satisfactory delivery of a Milestone.
