Association Matters. OAPSE representatives in each classification will be afforded the opportunity to speak for a period not to exceed five (5) minutes at the staff reorganization meeting held at the beginning of each school year.
Association Matters. The Superintendent will routinely give the representatives of the Association the opportunity to be heard at all regular and special meetings of the Board, provided that any comment at a special board meeting must pertain to the purpose of the meeting. A copy of the statement to be made shall be filed with the Superintendent at the close of the school day preceding the meeting, unless the meeting occurs on a day in which school is not in session, in which case it shall be filed before the time of the meeting.
Association Matters. 28.1 The Premises are part of a development called the Sarasota Commerce Center, which is, pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions thereof, governed by the Sarasota Commerce Center Owner's Association (the "Association"). So long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, Tenant shall direct Landlord how to vote with regard to all Association matters other than those affecting the use of the Premises or improvements on or to the Premises. Landlord shall forward all Association correspondence and documents to Tenant for Tenant's review. Tenant, so long as it is in possession of the Premises, shall pay all Association dues and costs assessed to the Premises.
Association Matters. A 250 copy per month photocopy account is established for CCHCEA business. Copies exceeding 250 per month will be paid to the City by the CCHCEA at the current per-copy charge. Association members are provided 24 hours per fiscal year to be used to attend to training or other related business in the interest of the CCHCEA, at times authorized by the City and the CCHCEA. These hours do not accumulate or carry over from one fiscal year to the next. The association is allowed to use City Hall as its corporate headquarters (mailing address and meetings). Permission must be obtained from the City Manager for any association fund raising activity conducted on City of Chino property.

The Board shall place on the agenda of any regular Board meeting as an item for consideration under “New Business” matters brought to the Board’s attention so long as these matters are made known in writing to the Superintendent seven (7) days prior to the regular meeting. The Association shall be given full opportunity to speak to the Board on the agenda in the space provided for Communications if the Association has not been placed on the agenda.
Association Matters a. Time necessary for Association representatives to attend Massachusetts Teachers Association/N.E.A. conferences and conventions up to an aggregate total of four (4) days annually.
