Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions definition

Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions or “Declaration of Restrictions” shall mean a written instrument intended to be executed by Redeveloper, to be recorded in the Office of the Essex County Register and to encumber the Project Parcels and to run with the land, setting forth certain statutory and contractual undertakings of and restrictions applicable to Redeveloper and its permitted successors and assigns in connection with the ownership, redevelopment or rehabilitation of the Project, all as more particularly described in Article VII.
