Copy Charge Clause Samples

A Copy Charge clause defines the fees or costs associated with providing copies of documents, records, or materials under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the rate per page or per copy, outlines the types of documents covered, and may set limits on the number of free copies before charges apply. Its core practical function is to allocate the cost of reproducing materials, ensuring that parties are aware of and agree to any additional expenses incurred for document duplication.
