ARTICLE M - JOB SHARING. M-1 If the Hospital agrees to a job-sharing agreement pursuant to Article 20.01 of the Central Agreement, the following conditions shall apply unless otherwise agreed to by the parties:

ARTICLE M - JOB SHARING. M.1 The introduction of job sharing arrangements will be subject to mutual agreement between the Hospital and the Union. The Hospital shall not arbitrarily or unreasonably refuse to implement job sharing.

ARTICLE M - JOB SHARING. If the Hospital agrees to a job sharing arrangement pursuant to Article of the Central Agreement, the following conditions shall apply unless otherwise agreed to by the parties: Job sharing requests with regard to full-time positions shall be considered on an individual basis. Total hours worked by the job sharers shall equal one (I) full-time position. The division of these hours on the schedule shall be between two (2) nurses unless mutually agreed otherwise by the two (2) nurses involved and the Hospital. The above schedules shall conform with the scheduling provisions of the Full-time Collective Agreement. Each job sharer may exchange shifts with partner, as well as other nurses as provided by the Collective Agreement. The job sharers involved will have the right to determine which partner works on scheduled paid holidays and job sharers shall only be required to work the number of paid holidays that a full-time nurse would be required to work.

  • JOB SHARING (a) Job sharing is defined as two permanent employees sharing one full-time position. All job sharing arrangements shall be subject to the approval of the Hospital and the agreement of the Union.

  • Certain Employee Matters (a) Seller and the Acquired Companies shall take such action as is necessary such that the Acquired Companies shall, as of the Closing Date, cease being “participating employers” and shall cease any co-sponsorship and participation in each Seller Plan that is jointly adopted, sponsored or maintained by Seller and an Acquired Company. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section 4.6, the Acquired Companies shall have no further liability and Seller shall retain all liabilities with respect to claims incurred under any such Seller Plan prior to the Closing Date, whether such claims are made prior to, on or after the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Seller shall retain all liabilities with respect to equity or equity-based awards under any Plan. Seller shall provide any continuation coverage required under Section 4980B of the Code, Part 6 of Title I of ERISA or applicable state Law (“COBRA”) to each “qualified beneficiary” as that term is defined in COBRA whose first “qualifying event” (as defined in COBRA) occurs on or prior to the Closing Date. The Acquired Companies shall retain responsibility for all accrued but unused vacation pay for each of their respective Acquired Company Employees (other than any Bank Channel Employees who become Acquired Company Employees). As soon as practicable, but in any event within five (5) Business Days following the Closing Date, Seller shall provide Buyer with a list setting forth, with respect to each Acquired Company Employee (other than any Bank Channel Employee who becomes an Acquired Company Employee) the number of days of accrued but unused vacation as of the Closing Date.

  • Scholarly Sharing On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.
