Sharing Agreement definition

Sharing Agreement means any agreement between (i) Marigold or a Marigold Subsidiary or Montage or a Montage Subsidiary and (ii) a third party owning or controlling a television broadcast station pursuant to which the Marigold or Montage party provides or receives services or shares assets that are material to the business or operations of such third-party-owned television broadcast station or to any television station owned or controlled by Marigold or a Marigold Subsidiary or by Montage or a Montage Subsidiary.
Sharing Agreement means the Sharing Agreement, dated as of June 1, 1992, among CL&P, Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Holyoke Water Power Company, Holyoke Power and Electric Company, the Account Party and NUSCO.

Sharing Agreement means a management agreement, service agreement or similar agreement or written arrangement arising from or relating to shared office space, technology, trade services and other sharing of expenses by or among Broker/Dealer, Parent and any of its or their Affiliates, together with all amendments thereto.
