APPLICATION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. The scope of this Agreement is understood to cover all phases of motion picture production, screen-based productions, filmed, electronically and digitally recorded, for theatrical feature release, television release, television series productions, DVD and tape release and all internet and new media productions. APPLICATION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the Employer who are engaged in construction work on site as part of PWCS Project 3D. Construction Work referred to herein means construction work and/or modification work on plant that has been contracted as part of PWCS Project 3D.

(a) This Agreement shall apply to employees of the Employer engaged in performing the following work for rail infrastructure within the State of Victoria: • construction or maintenance of traction overhead wiring; • construction or maintenance of railway signalling and communications works; • manufacture, assemble, fit out and test signalling and traction overhead wiring equipment within a designated workshop.
APPLICATION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall regulate the rates of pay and define the conditions of employees of the company engaged as supplementary labour and undertaking activities associated with Light / Heavy Rail Infrastructure maintenance and Construction or Rail Operations work.
APPLICATION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 4.1 This Agreement applies to and is binding upon Cimeco in respect to its employees engaged to undertake fabrication, mechanical, refurbishment, maintenance, plant modification, piping and associated work at the Cimeco Bibra Lake Fabrication Workshop and other Worksites within a 30 Kilometre Radius of the Bibra Lake Fabrication Workshop, and to the employees engaged by Cimeco to perform these abovementioned tasks at these abovementioned locations, who are covered by the classification structure within clause 10.1 (“employee/s”). The scope of this agreement specifically excludes worksites at Garden Island, Tenix facilities – Xxxxxxxxx and Cimeco’s Marine Facilities in Xxxxxxxxx.
