Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of nine decimal three seven five (9.375) hours for each calendar month for which the employee receives pay for at least seventy- five (75) hours.

Credits. To the extent a Deliverable or Milestone Credit or other credit may be due to DIR pursuant to this Agreement, Service Provider shall provide DIR with an appropriate credit against amounts then due and owing. If no further payments are due to Service Provider, Service Provider shall pay such amounts to DIR within thirty (30) days of the date such amounts becomes due and owing.

For some checks you deposit, only $225 will be made available at the time of deposit; the balance will be available two (2) business days later. There may be extended holds on checks over $5,525 or for other reasons. Thus, your available balance may not reflect the most recent deposits to your account.
