Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten (10) days.

Subject to the foregoing, all other aspects of any such credit shall be at Producer's sole discretion. No casual or inadvertent failure by Producer to comply with this paragraph, nor any failure by third parties, shall constitute a breach hereof.
