rail operations definition

rail operations means the operation of rolling stock on a part of the railways network;
rail operations means the process of planning or any related administrative function for scheduling and moving of Trains for whatever purpose and includes Train Services, Access Services, Access Route Maintenance, Infrastructure Services, Rolling Stock Maintenance, Private Siding Maintenance and Planning and Integration Services;
rail operations means the operation or moving, by any means, of Rolling Stock on the Network under this Agreement.
