Classification Structure. The following conditions apply to the classification structure contained in Appendix 1 to this Agreement.
Classification Structure. The structure detailed below provides an outline of the tasks and associated skills required at each grade. Skills are defined in terms of the training requirements of relevant Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) grades.

Classification Structure. At the start of employment, each team member will be assigned to a classification level based on skills, qualifications and experience and in consideration of the substance of the duties to be carried out on the Project. Classification Structure. Employees covered by this Agreement will be classified and paid in accordance with the site classification structure in Schedule 1. The classification structure in Schedule 1 will replace all classification structures previously used within the operations.
