Annual Leave for Union Representatives. An employee who is a xxxxxxx or other Union official will be granted annual leave or LWOP to attend internal Union functions, during the employee’s regular tour of duty, which are not covered by official time as set forth in Article 31 Official Time. Normally, an advanced notice of ten (10) working days will be required and will be approved subject to workload considerations.
