Visits by Union Representatives. 9 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of 10 State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, 11 Staff Representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper 12 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 13 during working hours to conduct Union business. The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.
Visits by Union Representatives. 21.01 Union duties and activities will not be carried on during hours of employment except that the business agent or other known executive of the Union may, after making his presence known to the Manager, or his appointee, enter the store during business hours to observe the performance of this Agreement, and to interview employees for the purpose of hearing grievances. It is understood that such visits will be timed to cause as little disruption as possible to the normal conduct of business. It is further understood that representatives of the Union will comply with Company regulations and restrictions.
Visits by Union Representatives. The business agent or any authorized representative of the Union may visit the stores of the Employer at any time during business hours for the purpose of interviewing or observing the employees or for the purpose of conferring with the Employer.
Visits by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether Local Union representatives, Council representatives or International representatives, upon proper introduction to the department head shall have access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours, so long as it does not interfere with the employee's work performance.
Visits by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that accredited representatives of the Union may be allowed the right to visit with the employees who are covered by this agreement to conduct Union business at any place during non-working hours or during work hours with notification to the employee’s division manager, provided said visitation does not negatively effect the employee’s service to the public.
Visits by Union Representatives. The Union will provide the Agency with a list of those AFSCME staff members designated as authorized representatives. The representative, after advising the Personnel Office or the appropriate Nursing Service Office, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Agency at any time during working hours to conduct Union business and to assist in the processing of grievances under the terms of this Agreement. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
Visits by Union Representatives. Any representative of the Union shall give notice to the department head or his/her designated representative when entering departmental facilities. The representative shall be allowed reasonable contact with employees on County facilities provided such contact does not interfere with the employee's work. Solicitation for membership or other internal employee organization business shall not be conducted during work time. Pre- arrangement for routine contact may be made on an annual basis.
Visits by Union Representatives. Subject to prior approval by the Employer, accredited representatives of the Union shall have reasonable access to City facilities for purposes of conducting union business. Accredited representatives of the Union shall not disrupt the normal operation of any department.
Visits by Union Representatives. Union representatives shall not conduct union business, including business related to the enforcement of this Agreement, at the homes of consumers unless the home of the consumer is also the home of the Independent Provider. If the home of the consumer is also the home of the Independent Provider, no Union business, including business related to the enforcement of this Agreement will interfere with client care. No meeting shall be held in the home if the consumer objects to such meeting.
Visits by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that Union representatives, or any other Union officials not employees of the University, shall have full and free access during working hours to visit or inspect a work area (subject to all applicable safety, privacy, or confidentiality considerations, which will not impede the Union’s right to have access), investigate grievances and workplace related complaints, and/or meet with University representatives. It will be the responsibility of the Union official or local Union officer to inform the Director, Labor Relations (or designee) in writing of any intended meeting or visit. Such notice must be provided at least one (1) business day in advance, when possible, of the visit and must include the purpose of the visit and the area(s) and/or University representative(s) that will be visited.
