Amount of Dues/Fees. Prior to the beginning of each contract year, the SOA will notify NJIT, in writing, of the amount of regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the SOA to its own members for that contract year, and the amount of the representation fee for that contract year. Any changes in the dues, assessments and/or representation fee structure during the contract year shall be certified to NJIT at least thirty (30) days in advance of the requested date of such change. The change will be reflected in payroll deductions at the earliest practicable time after receipt of the request. The representation fee, in lieu of dues, shall be in an amount equivalent to the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the majority representative to its own members, less the cost of benefits financed through the dues, fees and assessments and available to or benefiting only its members, but in no event shall such fee exceed eighty-five percent (85%) of the regular membership dues, fees and assessments.

  • Amount of Fee Prior to the beginning of each membership year, the Association will notify the Board in writing of the amount of the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for that membership year.   • Outstanding Amount The Issuing and Paying Agent shall, upon request from the Issuer, the Trustee, the Guarantor or any Dealer, inform such person of the aggregate nominal amount of Notes, or Notes of any particular Series, then outstanding at the time of such request. In the case of Notes represented by an NGN, the nominal amount of Notes represented by such NGN shall be the aggregate amount from time to time entered in the records of both Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg. The records of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg shall be conclusive evidence of the nominal amount of Notes represented by the relevant NGN and for such purposes, a statement issued by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg stating the nominal amount of Notes represented by the relevant NGN at any time shall be conclusive evidence of the records of the relevant clearing systems at that time. Payments made by the Issuer in respect of Notes represented by an NGN shall discharge the Issuer’s obligations in respect thereof. Any failure to make the entries in the records of the relevant clearing systems shall not affect such discharge.

  • Maximum Amount Payable The maximum amount payable under this contract without modification is shown in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Payment under this contract beyond the end of the current fiscal biennium is subject to availability of appropriated funds. If funds are not appropriated, this contract shall be terminated immediately with no liability to either party.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.
