Outstanding Amount definition

Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.
Outstanding Amount means, with respect to Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any borrowings and prepayments or repayments of Loans occurring on such date.

  • During the Revolving Commitment Period and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Swingline Lender may, in its sole discretion, make Swingline Loans to the Borrower in the aggregate amount up to but not exceeding the Swingline Sublimit; provided, that after giving effect to the making of any Swingline Loan, in no event shall the Outstanding Amount of the Revolving Obligations exceed the Revolving Commitments then in effect.
