Amount of Fee. Prior to the beginning of each membership year, the Association will notify the Board in writing of the amount of the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for that membership year. The representation fee to be paid by nonmembers will be equal to the maximum allowed by law.
Amount of Fee. Prior to the beginning of each contract year, the UNION will notify the STATE in writing of the amount of regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the UNION to its own members for that contract year, and the amount of the representation fee for that contract year. Any changes in the representation fee structure during the contract year shall be certified to the STATE thirty (30) days in advance of the requested date of such change. The change will be reflected in payroll deductions at the earliest time after the receipt of the request. The representation fee in lieu of dues shall be in an amount equivalent to the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the majority representative to its own members less the cost of benefits financed through the dues, fees and assessments and available to or benefiting only its members, but in no event shall such fee exceed 85% of the regular membership dues, fees and assessments.
Amount of Fee. The Notice Fee shall be calculated as a pro-rata share based on the number of Contract Owners invested in the Fund.
Amount of Fee. Grantee shall pay to the Grantor an annual franchise fee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the annual Gross Revenue. Franchise fees may be passed through to Subscribers as a line item on Subscriber bills or otherwise as Grantee chooses, consistent with federal law. The amount of franchise fee and the method of calculation shall be equal when compared to the amount or method of calculation of the franchise fee in any other cable franchise or authorization to provide video service granted by Grantor. In the event any other cable franchise or authorization to provide video service provides for a lesser franchise fee than this Franchise, Grantee’s obligation to pay a franchise fee under this Section 10.1 shall be reduced by an equivalent amount.
Amount of Fee. RWNT hereby agrees to issue to NASSAU CONSULTANTS, and NASSAU CONSULTANTS agrees to accept from RWNT, nine hundred thousand (900,000) shares of common stock of RWNT, which will be registered by RWNT on a Registration Statement Form S-8 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Association will certify to the Board, prior to the start of each membership year, that the amount of the representation fee to be assessed does not exceed 85% of dues, fees and assessments that are expended, (a) for partisan, political, or ideological activities or causes that are only incidentally related to terms and conditions of employment, or (b) applied toward the cost of benefits available only to members of the majority representative.

Such payment shall be in addition to taxes of general applicability owed to the Grantor by the Grantee that are not included as franchise fees under federal law. Franchise fees may be passed through to Subscribers as a line item on Subscriber bills or otherwise as Grantee chooses, consistent with federal law.
Amount of Fee a. The amount of fee collected from bargaining unit members shall be that allowed by Section 3540.1(i)(2) of the Government Code.
