Allow Authorized Users to. Access the licensed Material by Secure Authentication in order to search, retrieve, display and view the licensed Material; * Electronically save Parts of the licensed Material; * Print out single copies of Parts of the licensed Material; * Incorporate Parts of the licensed Material in printed and electronic course packs, study packs, resource lists and in any other material (including but not limited to multi-media works) and/or in virtual and managed environments (including but not limited to virtual learning environments, managed learning environments, virtual research environments and library environments) hosted on a Secure Network. Each item shall carry appropriate acknowledgement of the source, listing title and author. * Incorporate Parts of the Licensed Material in printed or electronic form in assignments and portfolios, theses and in dissertations (“the Academic Works"), including reproductions of the Academic Works for personal use and library deposit. Reproductions in printed or electronic form of Academic Works may be provided to sponsors of such Academic Works. Each item shall carry appropriate acknowledgement of the source; * Provide single printed or electronic copies of single Parts of the Licensed Material at the request of other individual Authorized Users; * Provide single printed or electronic copies of single Parts of the Licensed Material to third-party colleagues for their scholarly, educational, scientific or research use; * Display, download and print Parts of the Licensed Material for the purpose of promotion of the Licensed Material, testing of the Licensed Material, or for training other Authorized Users; * Publicly display or publicly perform Parts of the Licensed Material as part of a presentation at a seminar, conference, -workshop, or other such similar activity; * Deposit in perpetuity the learning and teaching objects as referred to in §3.1.b on servers operated by the Institution or Licensee. The use of such material shall be limited to Authorized Users.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose.   • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract.   • CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement.   • Contract Migration Authorized Users holding individual Contracts with a Contractor at the time that Contractor is awarded a Centralized Contract for the same Products or services shall be permitted to migrate to that Centralized Contract effective with its commencement date. Such migration shall not operate to diminish, alter or eliminate any right that the Authorized User otherwise had under the terms and conditions of their individual Contract.
