Authorized Uses means uses of the Licensed Patents and Licensed Technology to develop and make and have made Licensed Product(s) for use, license and sale.

Authorized Uses means the use of the Licensed Technology to develop, manufacture, market, distribute and sell the Licensed Products in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Authorized Uses
