Licensed Material. Licensed Material" shall mean the name "Nxx Xxxxxxx", copyrights and trademarks owned or controlled by Jxxxx and any and all names, symbols, emblems, designs, likenesses, photographs, images and visual representations of or relating to Jxxxx that are approved by Jxxxx in his sole and absolute discretion.
Licensed Material. The license herein granted applies to the use and marketing of the present Technology and Process to remediate, recover and/or treat liquid streams of wastes containing metals as defined in Attachment A, annexed hereto, and does not apply to other technologies or processes now existing or hereafter to be created, designed or engineered by the Licensor.
Licensed Material. (a) HMH Products
Licensed Material. All Licensed Material furnished under this Agreement shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Missouri CAN. This is a license agreement only, and Missouri CAN is not furnishing title to any of the Licensed Material to Licensee. Licensee shall have no right to make modifications to any of the Licensed Material. Licensee shall not add or remove any trademark, service xxxx, logo, copyright notice, or digital rights management protection from the Licensed Material without the express written permission of Missouri CAN.
Licensed Material. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ImmunoGen hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive, sublicensable (subject to Sections 2.2 and 2.3), royalty-bearing right and license to use the Licensed Material to use, have used, Develop, have Developed, Manufacture, have Manufactured, Commercialize, have Commercialized and otherwise exploit Products (and Compounds to the extent included or incorporated, or intended to be included or incorporated, in a Product) in the Field within the Territory.
Licensed Material. The electronic material listed in Appendix B, or in new Appendices to this License that may be agreed to by the parties from time to time.
Licensed Material. The online journals of the Publisher to which the Licensee has a fully paid current subscription, provided that material ceases to be Licensed Material once the Licensee ceases to pay the Fee in respect of the said journals.
