If any Maintenance Client’s drug screen results indicate a negative pattern of testing positive for non-opioid illegal substances, or methadone diversion, CONTRACTOR shall list on the Monthly Report, the corrective action taken to refocus the Client. The CONTRACTOR shall document this in the Client’s file. All counseling session discussions and referrals/linkages shall be documented in the Client’s file.
