ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. RESIDENT covenants that RESIDENT and any persons in their household and/or on the PREMISES with their consent shall not obtain, possess, use, administer, dispense, cultivate, or distribute any illegal drug, controlled substance or marijuana on or in the PREMISES. RESIDENT further agrees that this LEASE and RESIDENT’S right to occupy said PREMISES will be terminated if it becomes known to MANAGEMENT that RESIDENT has failed to comply with this paragraph. RI

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. The Merchant warrants exercise of the highest degree of care and diligence in preventing un-manifested narcotic drugs and marijuana to be loaded or concealed on board the ship. Non-compliance therewith shall amount to a breach of warrant for the consequences of which the Merchant shall be liable and shall hold XXXX, the master and the crew of the ship harmless and shall keep them indemnified against all claims whatsoever which may arise therefrom and be made against them individually or jointly. Furthermore, all expenses incurred, including fines and legal expenses taxed on a solicitor-client basis, as a result of the Merchant's breach thereof, shall be for the Merchant's account and XXXX shall be fully compensated for lost time at the demurrage rate of $2000.00 per hour. Should the ship be arrested as a result of the Merchant's non-compliance with the provisions of this clause, the Merchant shall, at its expense, secure its release and at its expense shall put up bail.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. The University Accommodation and Security Services in liaison with the Students’ Union promote a culture of an ‘Illegal Drugs Free Campus’, following the spirit of the Crime and Disorder Xxx 0000 which states that all responsible authorities ‘need to do all that they reasonably can to prevent crime and disorder in its area’. Abusing drugs is extremely dangerous and it can have both short and long term adverse effects on students. University Policy recognises that the possession, use or dealing of any non-prescribed drug is an offence and should it occur on University property will directly breach the University Disciplinary Policy, the Student Drugs & Substance Misuse Policy and the Licence Agreement (if it takes place in University accommodation). The Policy also refers to the possession, use and supply of psychoactive substances (psychoactive substances are substances that, when taken in or administered into one's system, affect mental processes, e.g. cognition or affect). Accommodation Services is committed to taking positive action in relation to the illegal possession or use of illegal or controlled substances. This action can include: • the seizure of any suspected paraphernalia • the issue of a breach of licence (BOL) which may lead to eviction • reporting the incident to the Police • referral under the University Disciplinary Regulations • referral under the University’s Fitness to Practise procedure and/or • referring a student to a medical practitioner and/or a drugs counsellor
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. Possession of controlled or prohibited substances, drug paraphernalia for the purpose of personal use, distribution or sale is strictly prohibited in the Residence or on or about the lands on which the Residence is situated. Any involvement, direct or indirect, in any illegal or drug related activity will be in direct violation of this Agreement and will be subject for immediate removal from the Residence.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. Licensor may require the Licensee to place a sign at the entrance to the Center and/or the Premises advising each attendee that his or her entry into the Center and/or the Premises subjects him or her to search by law enforcement authorities for possession of alcohol, barbiturates, dangerous drugs or narcotic substances as defined by statutes of the State of Florida. Such statement shall likewise be included on and made a part of each ticket sold for the event so that each patron understands, as a condition of the contract; he or she agrees to submit to a search upon entry into the Premises and/or the Xxxx Case Arena.
