Administrative Maintenance Fund. Each Employer shall 21 contribute three quarters of one percent (.75%) of the gross productive 22 payroll for all Employees working under this Agreement to the 23 Administrative Maintenance Fund (AMF). The monies are for the purpose 24 of administration of this collective bargaining agreement, grievance 25 handling, and all other management duties and responsibilities in this 26 Agreement. The fund is to be administered solely by the employers. Administrative Maintenance Fund. Section 9.01. ADMINISTRATIVE MAINTENANCE FUND. Signatory employers who do not contribute to the INDUSTRY FUND shall contribute twelve cents ($.12) per hour worked by employees working under this agreement to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. Effective June 5, 2017, this contribution rate increases to fourteen cents ($0.14). Contributions will be made monthly, along with the regular Trust Fund contributions. Contributions will be utilized to offset expenses incurred by the Association in providing collective bargaining services. Such funds shall be administered solely by the Association, and shall not be used in any manner detrimental to the IBEW or the Local Union. Any collection activity required in relation to the Fund shall not be the responsibility of the Local Union.

Effective December 1, 2014 transmittal period, which starts on November 30, 2014 all Employers signatory to this Labor Agreement shall contribute one half of one percent (.005) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Labor Agreement to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. Administrative Maintenance Fund. (a) Effective March 1, 1995, all employers covered by this Agreement shall contribute $0.15 per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Labor Agreement to the Administrative Maintenance Fund. The Administrative Maintenance Fund contribution shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits covered in the Labor Agreement by the 15th of the month. The fund is to be administered solely by Puget Sound Chapter, NECA or their appointed designee. No portion of this fund shall be used contrary to the Local Union No. 46

Administrative Maintenance Fund. SECTION 12.01: All Employers who are signatory to this Labor Agreement shall contribute an amount equal to 0.2% (two tenths of one percent) of their gross monthly payroll, payable to the Southwestern Line Chapter Administrative Maintenance Fund. Annual contributions to the fund shall be limited to the first 75,000 man hours per employers. The Fund shall be administered solely by the Southwestern Line Constructors Chapter, NECA, Inc. and shall be utilized to pay for the Chapter’s administration cost of this labor contract including negotiations, labor relations, disputes and grievance representation performed on behalf of the signatory employers. In addition, all other management duties and responsibilities pursuant to this agreement. The Southwestern Line Chapter Administrative Maintenance Fund contribution shall be submitted with all other benefits as designated in the Labor Agreement by the fifteenth (15th) of the following month. In the event any Employer is delinquent in submitting the required amount, the Southwestern Line Chapter shall have the authority to recover any funds, along with attorney fees, court costs, interest at one percent (1%) per month and liquidated damages. The enforcement for the delinquent payments to the fund shall be the sole responsibility of the fund. These monies shall not be used to the detriment of the I.B.E.W or the local union.

The monies are for the purpose of administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, grievance handling and all other management duties and responsibilities in this Agreement. The fund will be administered solely by the Employers. The enforcement for delinquent payments to the fund is the sole responsibility of the Fund and not the Local Union. The Fund shall not be used in any manner detrimental to the Local Union or the I.B.E.W.
