Administrative Benefits. The Board shall provide the Superintendent with all the same benefits applicable to twelve-month administrative employees in accordance with Board Policy unless otherwise stated in this Contract, in which case the Contract supersedes such Board Policies. The Board will pay the Superintendent $552.00 as an administrative benefit to be used at the sole discretion of the Superintendent in selection of health insurance.

Administrative Benefits. The employee shall receive the same benefits listed in the EACS Administrative Benefit Summary including group health and life insurance, LTD, retirement, vacation, sick and personal time, holidays, etc. as the benefits may change from time to time, except that to the extent there is a vesting schedule associated with a benefit, Employee’s benefits shall vest immediately, notwithstanding any contrary provision contained therein.

The Superintendent will be entitled to all other benefits established by the Board for all other full-time, certified employees of SACS provided such benefits are not in conflict with the terms of this Addendum. To the extent the benefits for other full-time, certified employees conflict with or duplicate a benefit provided by this Addendum, then this Addendum shall control and the benefit provided by this Addendum shall be the benefit provided to the Superintendent.

  • Leave Benefits Paid leave is available to the Superintendent when the following specific conditions are met: (1) the Superintendent is currently employed by the District and (2) the paid leave day is taken on a day Superintendent would otherwise be expected to be at work.

  • Administrative Penalty That Respondent shall pay an Administrative Penalty of $1,000.00 to the Participating States to be distributed equally amongst the Participating States (the “per-state payment”).

  • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.

  • Administrative Leave The Superintendent has the authority to place an employee on administrative leave if the Superintendent believes that it is in the best interests of the students, staff, or community.

  • Administrative Arrangements 1. The Parties, through their respective competent authorities, shall establish administrative arrangements to implement this Agreement effectively. Such arrangements shall include the procedures necessary for the competent authorities to implement and administer this Agreement.
