Program Benefits. 1. Utility will apply the Benefit Amount based on the Benefit Type as specified in Exhibit A. (Note: These terms most often do not appear with an initial cap in Exhibit B or other program documents due to the frequency with which these terms are used; nevertheless, unless the context otherwise requires, these terms have the following meanings regardless of the case of the first letter.) During the term of this Agreement, Partner may promote itself as specified in the Program Guide and shall have the opportunity to accrue applicable benefits as specified in the Program Guide. This Agreement does not authorize Partner to resell or distribute any NetApp Products. Any such distribution or resale by Partner must be pursuant to a separate reseller or distributor agreement between Partner and NetApp.
Program Benefits. An eligible teacher who takes advantage of the program shall receive the following benefits and shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. Health insurance will be available from age 55 through age 64. A retiring teacher who has participated in the district health insurance program during the year in which program participation is requested may receive a monthly contribution for the continued participation in the district health insurance program until the teacher becomes eligible for Medicare. The amount to be paid by the district will be $350 per month. The teacher will be responsible for payment of any excess premiums due for a single, employee plus one or family policy. Eligibility for the health insurance benefit will expire June 30, 2025.

Professor/Counselor/Librarian Emeritus designees may be paid pro-rata of their final salary, based upon specific need and discipline at the discretion of College President or his/her designee. All other classes taught by Emeritus faculty that are requested by Emeritus faculty shall be paid at 120% of the adjunct rate.
B. For only those courses deemed eligible to receive pro-rata pay, pro-rata pay will be calculated as 1/30 of the appropriate 9-month rate shall be equal to one credit hour pay. The Summer Pay Schedule shall be used for courses taught during the summer session. The pay rate for initial part-time employment shall be pro- rated based on the 9-month rate of the Emeritus faculty member’s last full-time employment contract. Thereafter, this rate shall be adjusted annually by the rate of the pay increase granted to part-time faculty.
C. Twelve-month Counselor/Librarian Emeritus designees selected to work part- time as a counselor or librarian shall be paid pro-rata pay based on the Emeritus faculty member’s last full-time 12-month employment contract. For purposes of determining pro-rata pay, the 12-month contract shall be divided by the number of working hours in the last 12-month contract year. Each year thereafter, this rate shall be adjusted annually by the rate of the pay increase granted to part-time faculty.
D. Professor/Counselor/Librarian Emeritus faculty shall be eligible for special projects as approved by College President or his/her designee.
E. Professor/Counselor/Librarian Emeritus faculty shall have access to adjunct faculty office space, the use of College computers, telephones and other privileges and College services granted to all part-time staff and to other ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ of the College.
F. Professor/Counselor/Librarian Emeritus faculty members who accept employment at the College after KPERS retirement are charged with the responsibility to know and to determine the laws, rules and regulations applicable to KPERS, specifically the earnings limitations which may apply. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to take whatever actions are or may be necessary to obtain whatever benefits the employee may have available under law or may be entitled to by law.
